I have a 2 children from my ex partner. We are not married.
She is planning to get an affidavit to have a 75% of my salary for my children. I want to ask my legal rights as a father and if there’s such a percentage needed to support my children.

only the court can dictate the amount of support justified. support is based on the needs of the children and the capacity of the parent.

She wants to file an abandonment... can you enlighten me about this.. nkikipagcommunicate ako sa mga bata kaso in control sya s phone ng bata at nkablock aq. Ngpapadala din aq with proof of fund transfer..
nghiwalay kmi pero hindi nmn kami kasal and meron na din akong companion.. anong kaso ang pede nia ifile sakin

hindi ka nya pwede kasuhan ng abandonment kung di naman kayo kasal. pwede sya magclaim ng lack of support pero since sabi mo nga may proof ka naman na nagsusuporta ka at kung di mo naman tinitipid mga anak nyo eh wala ka dapat ikatakot.

Meron po bang magiging problema kasi plan ko ng magpakasal .. Pano kung gumawa xa ng problema para hindi matuloy

wala sya pwede gawin para hindi ka makasal. kung mang gugulo sya, sya naman ang pwede mo kasuhan depende sa extent na gagawin nya.
