Pwedi po ba mag sampa ng kaso sa daddy ng anak ko ..isa po syang americano nag stop po sya mag supporta sa aming anak ..na 15 months old po ang baby namin... nong pinanganak ko ang aking anak apelyedo Ko ang dala ng anak ko po. Since may family sya sa USA .May karapatan po ba ako mag habul sa sustinto ng anak ko.. sabi kasi po ng friend ko pwedi po ako mag reklamo Sa US imbassy .

kung sasampahan mo sya ng kaso, unless babalik sya sa pinas ay hindi sya maaapektuhan kung ano man ang maging hatol ng court.

May karapatan po ba ako mag habol ng sustinto para sa anak ko po..sabi po kasi ng friend ko pwedi daw po syang ireklamo sa US imbassy .kahit hindi naman naka apelyedo sa kanya yung anak ko po.
Sabi nya po hindi na daw po sya babalik dito sa pinas..ano po ang pwedi kung gawin para sa anak ko po. Gusto ko lang naman po na sustintuhan nya ang anak namin since wala po akung trabho kasi nag babantay po ako sa baby namin.

It's useless to file a case against a foreigner if he is not living within the Philippines or if he does not have properties in the Philippines that you could garnish or levy, because ultimately your goal is to get money to support your child, right? So what if you report him to the US Embassy if he has no intention of returning to the Philippines?

Hi,

I was searching the net for assistance with regard to my husband who won't support my 2 daughters. I was told that some lawyers do pro bono work. Would you be able to help me or at least refer someone who does?

I am a single mom of 2 girls. My husband has been remiss in his responsibilities as a parent maybe because he already has another family. His other woman demonizes him in not supporting our daughters. I have a job of my own but raising kids are a shared responsibility, right? I feel that I owe my daughters a good life & support from my husband can help guarantee that.
