Yan po yung case na sinampa sa akin dahil daw po ako po ay nag browse ng porn at nag show daw po ako. Is there any possible na mawala ang kaso na to? Wala namang live show na nagaganap browsing porn pwede pa po. Pero in terms na nag show ako or kami sa internet with camera wala naman po silang evidence na nag show kami yung mga site lang po. Saka they said we are selling porn daw po in the internet. What do I do?

In addition to details they detained us for 7 days in jail. Is there any chance to filed a case to those police officers who detained us for 7 days?
Then they just served the search warrant and then they detained us with in 7 days in jail. I was bailed out last Sept 17 and they detained last Sept 10, 2010 and released Sept 17, 2010 is there any chance that I can filed a case against those police officers?

if they had a search warrant then they had authority to enter the premises. what was your supposed role in this?

The inquest was conducted in the following day, the day after we have been raided, I am the operation manager in there the owner was not here in PH he is located in Washington. But the license was put under by my named. So it will result as mine. But putting as in jail for several days is not good they inquest as already but the papers for bail was released Friday which is we have spent 7 days in jail. From Friday Sept 10 to Friday Sept 17.

in that case, detention was valid. because inquest was conducted and a case was being filed against you.

So what I am going to do right now sir? I have a good lawyer which is Lawyer Advocate is there any possible to put me in Jail? I have evidence that those police ask some money from me.

i wouldn't consider myself as perfect lawyer. having two lawyers may turn out to be two cooks for the same dish, it may not work out well.

if the evidence is strong, I would try to delay the case. if the evidence is weak, i'd try to get things as quickly as possible.

It should be in my part the evidence should be strong right? I have hearing this coming may as well. I don't know what to do now. I don't know what to tell when I am going to ask by lawyer.

strange that they are using ra 8792, the supreme court already ruled this was theft. being absolved or convicted all depends on the evidence.

so may posibilidad po pala na pineperahan lang ang nahuli?
