gandang hapon..

may kinakasama ako ngayon. sabi nya hiwalay na daw sila nong lalake na asawa nya.

nung nalaman ngayon ng lalakeng asawa nya. mag hahabla dw po laban samin kasi sya ang legal at kasal po sila.

pero sa ngayon hndi alam nung legal na husband kung saan kami naka tira.

paano kami makak iwas sa habla ng hndi namin kailangan tapusin o mag hiwalay bilang mag ka live-in.

any tip na pwde namin gawin bukod sa magastos na proseso ng pag papa wlang bisa ng una nyang kasal? at bukod sa pag hihiwalay?

Hindi nyo basta basta mapapawalang bisa yung kasal kasi kelangan nung mag asawa humarap sa korte. Kakailangangin nyong lumitaw if gusto nyong mapawalang bisa ang kasal

walang legal na way para maiwasan nyo ito since sa mata ng batas, illegal yung ginagawa nyo.

Adultery is easier to prove especially if you have children with your paramour.

If the wife wants to have her marriage declared null and void, she has to go to court. The reason that she is in an adulterous relationship with another man will not fly, though.

tnx maam jardis.. pero na review na ang marital history at wlang posible ground to declare it null or void. saka magastos din po kasi.

ano po ba ang mga ibendensya na pwde gamitin ng husband nya if ever? para maiwasan namin. gya ng pictures or any concrete evidens na may pag tatalik na nagaganap, pag dadalang bata sa akin, or katunayan na kami ay nag sasama sa iisang bahay bilang mag ka live-in. kung kya kami ay tumira sa lugar na hndi nya alam. ano pa mga dpt iwasan bukod don maam?
