Hi good day!!!
I have a question, my mom still alive but my father passed away long time. They have a conjugal property. My mom wants to transfer the land to our names (kids). What is the right process to do this?? do we (kids) need to sign when its not our property?? do we need an extrajudicial settlement with waiver of rights when she is still alive??
