Arresto Menor

Nagpahiram po ako ng pera sa halagang 230k sa kaibigan ko dahil ang sabi niya magiinterest po siya monthly ng 15% nag issue din siya sakin ng check. Sa first month nakapagbayad siya ng interest after that wala na. pinuntahan ko pa siya sa bahay niya pero hindi na siya dun nakatira. Makakapag file po ba ako ng case against sa kaibigan ko ng bouncing check? Maraming salamat po sa sasagot.
