Goodevening! Magtatanong lang po regarding bigamy case. My parents got married May 1990 tapos namuhay sila ng matiwasay at nagkaron ng 7 anak, isa na ako don. Dumating ung araw na tinakasan namen dad ko last August 2005 dahil naging battered wife siya fast forward to 2008, umuwi dad ko dito sa Pilipinas at nakilala niya yung mistress and hen voila, buntis na yung babae isinama so daddy sa Bicol at pinilit magpakasal kahit alam niyang married si daddy sa mommy ko. Ngayon, 2014 naghiwalay daddy ko at kirida niya tapos nakipagbalikan si daddy kay mommy namen, tinanggap naman ni mommy. Tapos, kahapon, Nov.16,2016 nagulat mga magulang ko dahil may dumating na mga pulis sa bahay at pinasasama siya sa presinto sapagkat nagsampa ng kasong Bigamy yung kirida. Nagpapadala naman ng sustento daddy namen sakanya at sa 2 anak nila. Nanggigigil ako ngayon dahil siya natong mistress siya pa nagsampa ng bigamy. Tanong ko po, anong case pwedeng mafile against her?1990 pa kasal parents ko at 26yrs old na eldest namen. TIA!
