Hi. Ask ko lang po. Nag loan po kasi yung tito ng bf ng kotse at sakin nya pinangalan. then nung hindi po namin naipasok sa uber at grab binenta nya po. kaso yung bumili po hindi na nya hinuhulugan ilang months na tapos nung kinokontak po namin ayaw naman makipag usap ng maayos. anu po ba pwedeng gawin dito?

if you can, try to transfer the registration of the car, but you will need the consent of the bank. note that any accident by the car makes you liable as the registered owner.

pano ko po mai tatransfer yung registration ng kotse kung yung mismong bumili po ayaw makipag usap samin? nagtatago po sya pag pinupuntahan namin sya sa condo nya.

Ask the LTO if the Deed of sale can be annotated on the CR, but if the loan is not paid, the bank will file a case against you to get the car.

Notify the LTO that the car was carnapped, mapipilitan sila ilabas yan. Also advise your bank about the real situation. Pag di mo naayos yan sayo lahat ang kaso nyan.
