Erasure sa Partnership Agreement

Hello po....valid po ba yung Partnership agreement na pinadala sa SEC kung nagkaroon ng erasure or let's say nagbura ang pangalan after ipanotario and document....???

Pwede po ba inotario and isang public document kung may erasure?

If it is changed AFTER the registration as you write you believe in the other topic,
then SEC have the CORECT MAIN name in the register allready, so that person and you can take the CONTROL from the scamer as it is.

Geting a partner out of the business is more complicated. If the scamer isn't to stupid, you can force him to sign what's needed to get him out by threaten him with a fraud case, then he risk jail...

Nagverify po ako sa SEC....yung document na may erasure ang pinasa nya sa SEC... still valid po ba yun? kasi meron sya pinadala sa akin separately na partnership agreement under the name of her sister na nanotarized at walang erasure...tapos nagtaka ako ng nakita ng sister ko sa record ng resto may erasure tapos name nya nakalagay...paano po yung na notarize ng may erasure? Suspetsa ko po pinanotarized nya...tapos after manotarize kinuhan nya ng picture tapos pinadala nya sa akin dito sa abroad ang picture para makita ko...tapos after that binura nya ang name ng sister nya at nilagay nya name nya bago nya isubmit sa SEC....

malaki po ba laban ko sa kanya kung magfile ako ng kaso....kasi balak ko po magfile ng case ASAP kasi naaawa ako sa sister ko na nagmamanage ng resto...kinakawawa sya ng partner namin despite the fact na wala pa syang nabibigay na share sa capital sa resto....

I asume the contract with the sister is the valid AND the in SEC registered
and the changed contract is NOT valid. Otherwice have the notarisation or SEC made a big error...

You can check what's registered at SEC.
Use the CORECT contract plus THREATING with a falsification case to get control (and perhaps even get rid of the scamer as passive partner).
How big part of the investment is made by the scamer?

Better try with THREAT to file a case BEFORE realy doing it, because otherwice you lose one chance to get it solved.
Perhaps the scamer agree to what you want to avoid the risk going to jail... (That happened in an agri business scam. The scamer agreed to BOTH give whole land and business and paying back investment the others had done to avoid risking going to jail.) Colect EVIDIENCE as the changed contract so you have them if you will need it.

With regards to how big part of the investment is made by the scammer? Nothing as of this date, she did not give any amount as her share to the capital of the resto.

She keeps on telling me that she will pay me her share to the capital soon, and what's crazy with the situation is that she will get it from the profit of the resto.....wherein she did not have any capital share as of the moment.

Parang yung kita ng pera ko...doon nya kukunin pangbabayad nya sa akin....grabe po, sobrang na-stress ako sa kanya.

It's fair the handler get some for the WORK* - but I think the scamer don't deserve anything

*Often are such a percentage of NET RESULT IF the handler has control enough.
