moral defamation against teacher

A mother and her son initiated a signature campaign to kick out a teacher. their complains are baseless, but they made an effort to meet parents and students by force and entice them to sign the paper. they sent it to the higher officials of the school without confronting the problem with the teacher. can this be valid bases/ grounds to file a moral defamation case against the mother? please give me some pieces of advice. thanks

i suppose there is a cover letter where there are defamatory remarks. this would be more apt for a complaint of libel.

if it damaged the honor of a person through the use of spoken words. it amounts to simple or grave oral defamation or what we call slander.

Atty may right po bah ang volunteer teacher na e deretso kaagad sa prosecutors office ang reklamo ? o idadaan pa sa Barangay?

Attorney, medyo lilihis lang pero may kinalaman din sa defamation.. Kelan po nagiging libel ang isang review or comment sa blog?

Atty pwede po ba ako mabigyan ng attorney ng PAO kahit ako po ang nagsampa ng reklamo?
