Hello, what are the chances of the annulment case being approved if the solicitor general filed a motion? No issues with both parties, judge already granted the petition but lawyer said the solicitor general filed a motion.

What's the next step?

That's a SOP steps taken up by the solicitor general, meaning, it is compulsory to them to file a motion to avoid collusion and connivance between parties
