Hello, I've been planning to set up an e-commerce business with a social media side to it here in the philippines so I decided to read this republic act.

But I noticed dito sa section 6 - 13 is that I don't see anything that applies to it. It's just vague to be honest. Can someone here gives some example/situations where this would apply? It would be a big help for me so I won't catch any trouble in the future by studying this RA.

Yes, some.
Some important laws, I have read several times, WITHOUT get clearance of what I looked for.

I don't know what you are looking for. The possibel things I can think of are:
/Missuse of data Inflictt at privacy. I don't know the Philippine law about that.
/IF your social media website will include some promoting of marriage between Filipinos and foreigners that risk to be classified as a serious crime, a section under the law about human trafficing!!!
