What possible case would i file???

Hello po... Do i have a right to file a case against my boyfriend who got me pregnant for the second time??? We have a son who is 4 years old right now. This june only when i found out i'm pregnant again, when i told him about that, he just left me hanging, changed his number and i don't even know where to contact him. Recently, i found that he has lives in with another girl.. Do i have the right to file a case against him, even if we're not married??? What possible case would that be??? And how do get a child support from him??? I would really appreciate if you'd help me with this. Thank you!
