Arresto Menor

I resigned last year with my previous employer until now they haven't paid the balance of my salary loan with Sss. deducted out of my backpay. Can I sue them because I can't enjoy my loan benefits with Sss? TIA

Ask for proof that they have made the remittance, if any.

If none, ask for the reason.
