PM of malicious words to my minor kid

I just want to seek legal advice about my bf's ex-live in partner. she sent malicious words to my 12 yr old daugther on PM. Sometime in January, she told me over the phone that she's going to kill me (im an OFW) coz she has some connections that could help her doing so. She even told me that she's going to kill my kids too (they are in the Phils). I told her that all our conversations were well recorded and if something happened to me or to anyone of my kids, she will be held liable. Her PM messages to my kid were still saved. Can i file charges against her for sending malicious words to a minor and for threatening us over the phone?

Your biggest challenge is proving that it is her sending those messages.
