just want some legal advice regarding adultery matter. if the wife commited adultery to her husband and confess to him. if the husband is willing to forgive just for the benefit so as not to affect their child is there a legal way to accused the man or get even. tnx for the help

you can file a civil case against the paramour.

the husband know they might do it again thats why he is in pursuit for the man. what if he file adultery is the confession of the wife enough evidence even if no actual video of the two having sex and the other evidence would be the deleted text messages of sexual acts of the two sinners that the husband recovered from the system file of the phone of the wife and that the man telling the husband that they have a video he posses. tnx

can the husband pursue the civil case against the man even he doesnt know the name only the phone no and picture will there be no possibilty that the wife will not get involved if the case progress. tnx a lot.

Pinatawad mo ang asawa mo, hindi ka na maaring mag-sampa ng kaso adultery. hintayin mo ulitin nya. And dun sa case ng lalaki, if do not know the name or the person, sino ang ituturo mo? Yes, you need a lawyer and money.

tnx for the help and another question though the husband dont know the real name of the paramour yet the man still comunicates with him sending insults. is tge civil case applicable and ehat would be the penaltiesfor the man tnx.
