CHILD SUPPORT, CHILD CUSTODY AND ILLEGITIMATE CHILD RIGHTS AGREEMENTS

I need some advice po with regards to the agreement. I will become a single mother at ung father nung anak ko gusto ng rights pagdating sa magiging baby namin...my child is an illegitimate child...ang gusto ko sana kung i aacknowledge nya ang baby namin dapat may mga written agreement kami...I just want to know if what kind of agreement na pwede naming pirmahan na pareho at kung kailangan pa bang idaan ito sa isang trial court if in case...hindi kami kasal at mayroon narin ciang asawa...nagpakasal sya sa iba after naming malaman that i was pregnant at nakipaghiwalay na ko nun sa knya...gusto ko lang na hindi maging kawawa ang baby ko pagdating ng oras at gusto ko mapahalagahan nya ng tama at mahalin nya ng tama ang baby ko...when it becomes to child support wala problema sakin kung magbigay cia ng pera or hindi ang importante lang sakin ang rights ng anak ko bilang anak ng father nya...

and also gusto ko sakin ung surname at hindi sa knya....magsa-sign lang cia na bilang father sa birth certificate....

I know that the law grants custody to mother for children under 7 years of age. What sample proofs can my friend gather if he thinks his wife is not suitable to care for their over a year old child? How can he prove insanity if the wife has not gone to the doctor? The mother has had instances of hurting the child as well and the physical condition of the child shows the latter has been neglected.

hi po.. i was just wondering what can i do , we are annulled already he had 2 kids with me and he has a new family na with a new born and all. a lot of people during our annulment told me n dapat daw gumawa ng document para sa sustento but our lawyer during that time said mas matatagalan daw ung process (by the way the lawyer and fees for the annulment are all from my ex husband) so aun nga po ano po pwde q gawin naun or may magagawa pa ba aq para mademand q cya n magpadala ng sapat para sa mga anak ko ..thanks for your time po

Hi All!I had a daughter born out of wedlock that was in my custody since she was 6 after her father left us for another woman.He never supported our child.My daughter is now 10 yrs old and its just last week that she never came back from school and I was shocked finding out that she went straight to her lola's house.Im sure she missed her lola very much because she was the one who took care of her since birth until her dad and I parted ways.We tried getting her back but her dad refuses saying that our daughter can now choose.And they are accusing me that I have beaten our child and maltreated her.According to them that was the story from our child. There were very few times that I have reprimanded our daughter to correct her mistakes however I strongly believe that never maltreated her.I have not spoken with my daughter since that incident.I believe they are polluting my daughter's mind to come up with lies just to make me appear that Im not a good mother.I cant give up her custody.Her father had so many Live in partners after what we had.He has another partner as of the moment and their newborn.Ive got a feeling that he will just leave the custody of our child to her mother.In good faith I have raised my daughter on my own and never maltreated her.He is employed but not on a regular status, there were even times that our daughter has been hospitalized and I was the only one who settle her hospitals bills and medication.What should i do to get her back.By the way I got married last June of this year.They are using that fact against me. My daughter and my husband truely get along with each other and he is a good provider to her as well....I need your advise.thanks and god speed...

My niece has a daugther out of wedlock and the father gives monthly support until now but recently, he is saying that the support will stop as soon as the daugther finish high school. Is he right about this?

the child is entitled to support until she is able learn a trade which is normally equated with college.

How does the definition of a child being less than 18 years of age play into the picture of child support?

in support, reaching 18 does not automatically stop the need. as stated it is until they are able to learn a trade.

gusto ko lng po malaman kung may pwd po ba akong gawing legal action kasi may witness po aq, part ng family nila na nagsasabing...matagal na dw aq niloloko ng babae at nung kinakasama nya...pinapa ako dw skn ang bata at ang financial responsibilities para sa bata..pati nga dw family nung girl alm na niloloko lng aq ng anak nila...eversince po nagbuntis xa at nanganak ako ang nag handle lht ng gastos..nagpapadala din po aq monthly...gusto ko lng po malaman kung meron bng pwedeng gawing legal actions against them..salamat po..i admit po na nung una may doubts na aq pero...na iintimidate nya lng po aq plg..pro now d ko na tlg xa binibigyan ng pera kaso ginugulo nya nmn po aq...anu po gagawin ko...wala po sya idea na alm ko kung saan sila nakatira nung kinakasama nya..pupuntahan ko po ba or what?..need ko po ng advice..thanks..sinasabihan ko din po xa na ipa dna nmin ung mga bata kung skn tlg...ayw nya po..

did you sign the birth certificate? if so, you can request a dna test.
