hi i would like to ask about my husbands employer. he is currently employed in one of the BPO company here in bacolod city.
his salary was hold and now he is suspended. he is the only one working and his job is our main source of income. we have 2 kids 3yrs old and 3 months old.
we decided to apply for a salary loan in sss and it was granted.
unfortunately the check was sent to the employers address. my husband ask for it and he was informed that they cant release the check because he is still under investigation on work and no decision yet from the higher management. and they will deduct the certain amount if my husband will be terminated.
is it legal to hold the salary of my husband and his loan from sss?
