Yes, that is unfair labor practice. Ang required sa batas ay at least 5 days of SLs to be given for employees na naka-one year na (for some companies, 6 mos or monthly accrual na depende sa policy). Ang tax refund ay tama ang sagot nung isang nagcomment, itu yung sobra sa naibayad mo na tax at nakaltas ng company sa salary mo. Di pwedeng either/or yang dalawa na yan.
