Hi again attorney, My Gf's company has another weird policy. They let the employee choose between SL conversion or Tax Refund. If they choose SL conversion they will not get tax refund,and vice versa. It's just so weird and is it really legal?

Tax refund is not owned by the company. It is the amount over-deducted from the employee.
So it should be refunded to employee.
While the Sick Leave is given by the employer as employee benefit.
And it depends on what is stated on the contract or the policy of the company.

mas weird ung si Kris ang pinaka da best ng taxpayer. hindi sa may westyon ako sa abilidad niya kumita. ang wenstyon ku e yung abilidad kumita ng marami pang iba.

sadyang marami lang ang tax evaders o iisa lang ang little sis ng presidente.

Yes, that is unfair labor practice. Ang required sa batas ay at least 5 days of SLs to be given for employees na naka-one year na (for some companies, 6 mos or monthly accrual na depende sa policy). Ang tax refund ay tama ang sagot nung isang nagcomment, itu yung sobra sa naibayad mo na tax at nakaltas ng company sa salary mo. Di pwedeng either/or yang dalawa na yan. Kakaibang company yan.
