Good day po mga Sir/Madam!

As the title says, ano po ang mangyayari kung ma found guilty ang isang tao na naka bail.

Maibabalik po ba yung pera?
*di po sya naka miss kahit isang hearing

2 counts of simple rape ang kaso
* 8-14 years per count

And kung mag appeal po kami, makakapag post po ba kami ulit ng bail?

Thanks in advance!

Money paid for bail is non refundable! If proven guilty you will go to jail! if you try to run, the sentence will be longer as simple as that! You are better off to plead 'guilty' so the sentence will be shorterrather than pleading 'not guilty!'
