Hi I am interested to know if a child age below 16 has the right to choose which parent to live.Her parents are now living separately though they did not file for legal separation.Mother talked to estranged spouse to settle child support.He currently gives some support but not enough and is not agreeable to have this done legally.threatens the mom he will amke the kids choose who to live .He is convince the kids will choose him since they blame their mom for the fall out.mom don't want to stay married because f spouse ifidelity.
