May karapatan ba akong tumanngi?

Any advise? Thanks in advance.

then whoever spent for the child's support has the right to seek reimbursement from you from day 1, and you are required to provide support immediately.

Pinagdamot niya sa akin iyong bata for 12 years. I'm willing naman but the problem is pinasabik niya lang ako then hinamon niya ako na mag court room na lang daw kami. I'm trying my best to communicate with the mother but nothing to avail.

Support = visitation rights?

Pwede po ba ang ganyan?

What if support lang ang habol niya? Asan naman ang karapatan naming mga Ama?

You cannot withhold support becuase you are deprived of visitation rights. The law requires you to support the child from day 1, perhaps during the time of hisher conception...of course having a child entails financial support. That's what the law obliges every parent to provide. moreover as AttyLLL mentioned earlier, failure to provide support is an omission penalized by law.
I urge you to comply...in order for you to avoid being prosecuted for violation of RA 9262

angel, you should deal with that separately by trying to enforce your visitation rights.

Thank you so much sa mga advice.

I'm willing to support my child naman but the problem is I don't know kung anong pumasok sa utak ng mother ng anak ko Evil or Very Mad at bigla niya akong tatakutin na maglawyer to lawyer kami.

Maraming speculations akong naririnig but the bottomline is obligasyon ko ang anak ko.

Very Happy
