my brother died last February 12 he was killed by two men as hes friend said they saw what happened!they are there!!
we had a atty. from the city hall
we cant provide a private atty.as we have a money problem we are not rich.
we need help pls.help us!we need justice for the death of my brother!
pls......................

Im not a Lawyer,,,Take your friends to make Affidavit with the Public Prosercuter (fiscal),,, get help from Free Government Attorney... The PNP Police shold be able to help you,,, your friends are your Witnesses..
