i have a 9-year old daughter. she is using my surname and no middle name. my parents are planning to adopt her, so it will be easy for my daughter to go to NY. i am not in favor of this. i want my daughter to go to NY but not in that way. is there any other solution or way for my daughter to go to NY?

my sister and my mother are based in NY. my mom is now doing the process of her citizenship. and soon she will be filing the petition for my father and my daughter.
